Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom or personalized RC toys.
- Opened or used items that are no longer in a resalable condition.
- Sale or clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”).
- Consumable items like batteries or accessories once opened.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
- Shipping: Use a reliable shipping method to send the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variation:
- Follow the return process to send back the original item.
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Inspection: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging for quicker resolution.
- Replacement: We will either replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it falls under our return policy guidelines.

- Vehcal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
